Preparing for Deep Rest Massage
A gentle guide before and after your massage, so your body can fully soften, release, and feel supported.

🌿 Before Your Massage Session
Before you arrive, there is nothing you must do perfectly…
Only allow yourself to come slowly, as you are.
This session is not about performance.
It is about softness, safety, and letting the body be held.
✨ Arrive with a Little Space
If you can, arrive 5–10 minutes early,
so your nervous system has time to settle
before touch even begins.
✨ Eat Lightly
A heavy meal can keep the body alert.
A light snack is fine —
but coming gently helps you relax more deeply.
✨ Wear Something Comfortable
There is no need to dress in any special way.
You will always be covered respectfully,
and only the area being massaged is uncovered.
✨ Optional: Shower on the Same Day
If possible, a gentle shower on the same day
can help you feel fresh, relaxed, and fully comfortable.
It is not required —
only a small act of care for yourself.
✨ Come Exactly as You Are
ITired, stressed, overwhelmed, quiet…
you don’t need to explain.
You are welcome.
🌿 After Your Massage Session
Let the Healing Continue
Massage does not end when the session ends.
It continues in the breath, the body, the nervous system…
like calm spreading slowly through water.
✨ Drink Water
IAfter massage, the body begins to move and soften.
Water supports this gentle reset.
✨ Move Slowly Back into the Day
Many clients feel peaceful… sleepy… quiet.
This is not weakness.
It is the nervous system returning home.
✨ Avoid Intense Activity
Let your body rest.
Give your muscles the gift of softness
for the rest of the day.
✨ Optional: Shower on the Same Day
If possible, a gentle shower on the same day
can help you feel fresh, relaxed, and fully comfortable.
It is not required —
only a small act of care for yourself.
✨ Emotional Release is Natural
Sometimes tension is not only physical.
Massage can release:
unspoken stress
held emotions
quiet heaviness
You may feel lighter, reflective, tender…
This is part of healing.
✨ Wait Before Showering
It is best not to shower immediately afterward.
Allow a few hours for the body to absorb
the full depth of the session.
✨ Avoid Alcohol and Caffeine
On the day of your massage,
please avoid alcohol before or after.
And try not to drink coffee or caffeine immediately afterward —
so the calm can remain undisturbed.
✨ A Cup of Green Tea to Complete the Experience
At the end of every session,
you are warmly invited to enjoy a cup of green herbal tea.
A quiet moment to return…
to breathe…
to leave feeling fresh, grounded, and supported.
✨ Listen to What Your Body Asks For
Rest. Warmth. Silence. Water.
Your body will know.
There is nothing to rush.

🌿 Closing Whisper
Deep Rest is not only massage.
It is a space where your body feels listened to…
where tension melts…
and something inside you finally softens.
You are always welcome.
